As corny as this sounds, just hanivg a goal ANY GOAL and achieving it will create motivation for bigger goals.After a 2 month layoff from running (for no good reason), my goal was to run everyday and even though sometimes i went out for 10 15 minutes, it made it a lot easier to stretch my goal to enter races and now I'm back on the running wagon.Might help, may not, but i feel better for sharing it.Peace,Greg
